Reliable systems and processes, a strong supporting infrastructure, and competitive programs and service offerings are essential to providing effective service. Their personnel truly become part of their customer.s workforce, motivated to provide what.s best for the customer.
WHY WE CHOSE JEEVES
"Over the past several years, there has been a lot of consolidation in the software industry. Many of the larger software providers are trying to consolidate their product lines and force their customers into a software package they want them to use, not necessarily the best product for them." says Patrick J. McGovern Jr., VP of QBC Systems. "We needed a strong ERP software solution focused on manufacturing that would provide our customers an intimate business-to-business relationship, along with a company that would work closely with us and our customers, and we found these characteristics in Jeeves."
"With QBC joining the Jeeves 'Circle of Friends' partner community, Jeeves North America adds another strong component to our North American strategy." says Allan Lessing. "QBC has a built a highly respected ERP solutions practice in the upstate New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio area and to have them switching over to Jeeves as their ERP solution of choice is extremely exciting for us. QBC saw our strong value proposition and to have them take that message with their expertise forward into their market can only mean good things."

Built upon Microsoft .NET technology and utilizing today's multi-core processors, Acclamare wholesale distribution software system has been designed to provide small to medium-sized wholesale distributors with a software application that will efficiently automate business processes such as inventory management and sales order entry along with integration to UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
"By offering the Acclamare Software package via the SaaS method, companies can take advantage of this new software application without having to invest a lot of money," says Patrick J. McGovern, Jr., VP of QBC Systems. "For about the cost of a monthly utility bill, customers can take advantage of powerful new software features for their industry without having to purchase a new server; additionally, we provide services such as nightly automatic off site data backups and ongoing software maintenance & updates.."
Acclamare understands the challenges that many distributors face today with their existing solutions. "Distributors do not want to reinvest every 3-5 years in a new ERP application. They need something that will continue to grow with them and work freely with future products and applications as they become available" says Troy Jones, founder of Acclamare.
